This Privacy Policy describes how Wealth Creators Circle Pty Ltd ABN 33 687 543 353, trading as Viera OS ('we', 'us', 'our'), collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information when you access or use the Viera OS software platform ('Software'). By using the Software, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Software, including session data, features used, and AI interactions.

Social Media Data: If you connect your Instagram, Facebook, or other social media accounts, we collect profile information, content, and analytics data as authorised by you through the platform's OAuth process.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies used to operate and improve the Software.
SECTION 2 — HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, and improve the Software and its features; Process payments and manage your account; Power AI-generated outputs personalised to your business using information you provide; Connect and interact with third-party platforms (such as Instagram and Facebook) on your behalf, where you have granted us permission; Send transactional communications, including access credentials and billing notifications; Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions; Detect and prevent fraud, security breaches, and misuse of the Software.
SECTION 3 — SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATIONS (INSTAGRAM AND FACEBOOK)
If you choose to connect your Instagram or Facebook account to Viera OS, we may access the following data as permitted by Meta's platform policies and your explicit authorisation: Basic profile information (name, profile picture, account ID); Content you have published on your account; Insights and analytics data associated with your account;
The ability to publish content on your behalf, where you have granted this permission.
We use this data solely to provide and improve the features of the Software. We do not sell your social media data to third parties. You may revoke our access to your social media accounts at any time through your Instagram or Facebook account settings or by disconnecting the integration within the Software.
SECTION 4 — HOW WE STORE YOUR INFORMATION
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted on servers located in the Asia-Pacific region. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SECTION 5 — SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share your information with:
Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Software, including payment processors (Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers, and AI service providers (Anthropic). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data;
Legal Authorities: Where required by law, court order, or regulatory authority;
Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity.
SECTION 6 — YOUR RIGHTS
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: Access the personal information we hold about you; Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information; Request deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal obligations; Withdraw consent for the processing of your data where processing is based on consent; Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy rights have been breached.

SECTION 7 — DATA DELETION
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing [email protected] with the subject line 'Data Deletion Request'. We will process your request within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for legal, financial, or fraud prevention purposes as required by law. For data associated with Instagram or Facebook integrations: you may also use Meta's data deletion tools available through your Facebook account settings. We will delete any social media data we hold upon receiving a valid deletion request.
SECTION 8 — COOKIES AND TRACKING
The Software uses session cookies to authenticate users and maintain your login session. These cookies are essential to the operation of the Software and cannot be disabled without affecting your ability to use it. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
SECTION 9 — THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The Software integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI processing), Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Meta platforms (Instagram/Facebook). Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review those policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
SECTION 10 — CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The Software is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
SECTION 11 — CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Software after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
